TECNAN is proud to present these three new advanced nanoproducts which are currently available from grams to tons. These products offer a wide range of outstanding properties which have never been seen on industrial application before.
Our first new product is an AMAZING PHOTOCATALYTIC EFFECT WITH MODULATED REACTIVITY. A specific combination of nano-TiO2 with other nanoxides which generates a novel complex structure able to:
1. Reduce free radical release with radiation avoiding host matrix degradation.
2. Maintain the effectiveness and optical properties provided by nano TiO2 for applicating on advanced lenses with excellent transparency and Uv-absorbency capacity.
Our second launch is an ENHANCED NANO-CATALYSTS FOR EXHAUST EMISSIONS consisting in exclusive formulations of CeO2 and ZrO2 which result in an outstanding conversion of pollutants like CO, VOCs, HCs, NOx, etc. According to essays Cerium/Zirconum nano-oxide specific mixture shows great homogeneity resulting in the enhancement of Pt catalytic activity mainly regarding oxidative reactions. The final composition produced also involves great thermal resistance making easier its direct application even in highly demanding conditions.
Finally TECNAN introduces a CUTTING-EDGE TOTALLY SAFE UV FILTER. A sophisticated core-shell nanostructure based on ZnO which opens a new horizon in UV protection and health concerns. This new product is able to:
1. Take advantage of combined effects: Avoids degradation of host matrices as well as negative effects of free-radicals in living organisms, cells, etc. Consequently the product benefits from:
§ CORE: Strong UV filtering effect
§ SHELL: Transparent to radiation and able to diminish free radical generation acting like a “barrier”
